You must be at least 18 years old to use Dating Data. By using the app, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

To use Dating Data, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You agree to use Dating Data only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the app to stalk, harass, or harm others
• Share illegal, abusive, or offensive content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts without permission
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Use the app for any commercial purposes without authorization

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Dating Data. By using the app, you grant us a license to:

• Store and process your data to provide the service
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our algorithms
• Generate insights and patterns from your dating data

We will never sell your personal dating information or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Dating Data offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Basic features with limitations
• Premium Plan: Full access with recurring subscription

Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in illegal or harmful behavior
• Attempt to compromise the security of the service

Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

Dating Data is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Insights and patterns are always accurate
• Using the app will improve your dating life

You use Dating Data at your own discretion and risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
